Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise-level opportunities within the assigned territory to acquire net-new logos.
- Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand prospect workflows and partner with technical counterparts to prototype or configure proof‑of‑concepts.
- Translate product functionality into concrete business value for HR and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, legal, and deal desk to ensure well‐scoped, de‑risked projects and finalized agreements.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through self‑sourced outbound efforts and marketing leads.
