Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary sales and clinical applications team.
- Drive divisional sales, profitability, and market growth.
- Develop and execute business, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Manage P&L, budgets, inventory, pricing, and sales forecasts.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and principal manufacturers.
- Oversee government tenders, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead successful product launches.
- Ensure excellent customer service through effective pre- and post-sales support.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related discipline.
- 8 years of sales experience in Medical Devices, or Healthcare Solutions.
