Regional Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The position is responsible for Leading and Managing Direct FS & Industrial Accounts.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of all Dole directly covered Foodservice and HRI accounts
• Ensures achievement of periodic and annual target by account, by category
• Plans for profitable growth drivers via the following:
• Expansion of product usage and placement
• Recommends and implements appropriate programs
• Ensures AR is minimum 95% current
• Regular interface with internal customers: Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

The incumbent must have a university degree with a minimum of five (3) years related experience in handling Modern Trade Retail or Food Service accounts.
