Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales target
- Review sales results monthly with management team
- Review sales results with distributors and implement action plans
- Build structure and reporting mechanisms to capitalize on growth opportunities
- Monthly funnel review of opportunities and overall funnel health metrics (e.g. new funnel creation, win‑rate, time to close)
- Lead Go‑To‑Market development of the region (including distributor development)
- Review ongoing sales opportunities
- Visit end‑user customers to understand customers/markets
- Develop market model map and size of business opportunities
