Regional Sales Manager


Responsibilities



  • Achieve annual sales target

    • Review sales results monthly with management team

    • Review sales results with distributors and implement action plans

    • Build structure and reporting mechanisms to capitalize on growth opportunities

    • Monthly funnel review of opportunities and overall funnel health metrics (e.g. new funnel creation, win‑rate, time to close)



  • Lead Go‑To‑Market development of the region (including distributor development)

    • Review ongoing sales opportunities

    • Visit end‑user customers to understand customers/markets

    • Develop market model map and size of business opportunities

    • Develop Go‑To‑Market strategy within the region

    • Onboard new and equip current distributors with product and sales training
