Regional Sales Manager

A leading medical supplier based in JHB North is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their surgical / orthopaedics division.

A minimum of a BSc / BCur / BCom Degree, sales management or business management diploma
At least 5 years managerial experience in a surgical / orthopaedic environment with proven  record of leading a team
Regional market knowledge would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills in order to build both internal and external relationships
Coaching skills and the ability to develop and motivate sales staff
Experience in setting and managing sales and expense budgets
Experience in the Orthopaedic/ Arthroplasty environment
Valid code 08 drivers license and own transport
Able to work after hours
Well presented and professional demeanor with attention to detail
Excellent administrative skills
