This is a fully remote position with opportunities for international travel during specific program dates.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales Representatives team in Mexico to achieve monthly and program sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and KPIs.
Train, coach, and support the sales team to improve performance and conversion rates.
Take ownership of the sales performance and enrollment growth of the assigned region.
