Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver regional performance across Orders, Sales, and Margin targets
• Own and drive forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and execution discipline
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and take proactive action to close gaps
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
• Build team capability in consultative, solution-based selling and customer engagement
• Strengthen and manage relationships with key wholesalers, contractors, and channel partners
• Execute commercial agreements, including rebate and incentive programs, to maximise performance
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across the region
• Translate national strategy into clear, actionable regional plans
