Regional Sales Manager – Central (Security)

Location: Wellington, N, NZ. Full‑time, on‑site position. This role drives revenue, gross profit, and margin performance across the Central Region, leading a team of Account Managers and Internal Account Managers to deliver Security and Data Solutions to security integrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team to achieve revenue, gross profit, and margin targets; foster accountability and consistent execution of sales strategy.
• Customer & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key security integrators and strategic customers while directly managing a small portfolio of priority accounts.
