Regional Sales Lead, Central FMCG GT & RTD Beverages

Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a fast-growing FMCG brand to recruit a Regional Sales Manager (Central) based in Central Malaysia. You will lead the General Trade distribution strategy across the Central region, building a robust distributor network and driving product availability and visibility.

You will manage distributor performance, negotiate terms, and coach a regional sales team of merchandisers to achieve ambitious sales targets for RTD beverages and coffee powders.
