Job Summary
The Sales Head – Compost Division will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the marketing and distribution of FCO-compliant organic compost produced from municipal solid waste processing facilities. The role involves managing dealer networks, institutional sales, government liaison, agri-input partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across Uttar Pradesh and neighboring states.
Key Responsibilities :- Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans for compost products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and appoint distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
Expand market presence across Uttar Pradesh and surrounding regions. ...
