Regional Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) sales goals within an assigned territory
• Collaborate with sales management and marketing teams to develop territory-specific marketing strategies
• Conduct discovery consultation calls to uncover business needs of hotel owners and operators
• Recommend suitable M3 software products and outsourced accounting services based on prospect requirements
• Manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate data within Salesforce CRM
• Plan and conduct regular travel to prospect locations and industry conferences
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through networking, industry research, and social media

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in a directly related sales position
• Bachelor's Degree required (Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred)
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
