Regional Payroll Specialist

The Regional Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll operations across multiple countries within the region, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and a positive employee experience.

This role works closely with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll vendors to maintain payroll accuracy, support reporting requirements, and drive continuous improvements in payroll processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of monthly and annual payroll computation for APAC regions, verifying and processing for all employees ensuring legislative compliance.
• Assist to administer and advise social securities and tax related matters and queries.
• Responding to payroll-related queries and resolving concerns.
• Ensure timely payroll payments and ensure they are in accordance with regulatory guidelines and participate in the confirmation of annual payroll schedules.
