Regional operations manager

Casino and Hotel group with 11 casinos and hotels. Experienced Operations Manager to oversee the hospitality / hotel operations within the group, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications Tertiary qualification Solid hotel and operations management experience in 4* hotels as GM of over 12 years Must also have Multi property experience at an Operations Level Strong communication and leadership skills, as will be liaising with the hotel GMS Business Management skills Financial acumen and good understanding of company P&Ls

Company compulsory retirement age is 62 – early 40’s to mid 50’s – AA and preferably female 1st choice.
