Lead and manage end-to-end LFS operations across India / key accounts / partner stores
Lead and manage end-to-end LFS operations across India for all assigned retail chains / key accounts / partner stores.
Ensure smooth execution of business plans, SOPs, store processes, and operational controls across regions.
Monitor staff productivity, availability, replenishment, visual standards, staff deployment, and business continuity.
Prepare and present weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews for leadership.
Share insights on regional trends, account performance, inventory issues, and market opportunities.
