As Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our Bay of Plenty services through this environment, balancing quality, sustainability, innovation and growth while ensuring disabled people remain at the centre of everything we do.

You’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful decisions, shape regional priorities and contribute to organisation-wide strategy as a valued member of our senior leadership team. We are looking for a leader who enjoys building strong relationships, navigating complexity with confidence, and finding solutions that create positive outcomes for Disabled Partners and our organisation.
