Job Duties

You'll provide direction and leadership to Quality and Safety staff. You'll be responsible for functional components of the division regionally. You'll be responsible for infection prevention and control surveillance, analysis and reporting of trends and keeps all staff and leadership apprised.
+ Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of Registered Nurse experience is required.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required.
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
