Position SummaryThe Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams across a portfolio of company-owned Retail Kitchens and Pantries. This role oversees both food production and retail sales environments , ensuring operational excellence, food safety compliance, exceptional customer experience, and strong financial performance.
The RM acts as a culture carrier and business owner for their region, driving consistent execution of brand standards while building strong bench strength and scalable operating practices to support growth.
