• Financial: As a growth driver accountable for the HVAC and Data Center Thermal Management equipment revenue growth (factory level) in responsible region
• Product portfolio management: With clear understanding of market needs and requirements and solicit customer feedback such as VOC to derive new product development programs and existing portfolio refinements to support long-term growth
