Position: Regional Maintenance Surveyor

Location: This role will be covering care services across South Wales and Powys 

Salary: up to 48k DOE Plus monthly car allowance of £425

Hours: 37.5

Contract: Full time

An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Maintenance Surveyor to join our Property Department. Reporting to the Director of Property Management.

Principal duties - To provide an estate management service to care services across South Wales and Powys(circa 12 care homes)
