Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to support and enhance IT service delivery across the APAC region. This role will be responsible for driving ITSM governance, service performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while partnering with regional technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing ITIL processes, improving service quality, and delivering operational excellence within a complex enterprise environment.
