Regional In-House Counsel & Secretariat Lead

Two Offshore Marine Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Regional In-House Legal Counsel (English‑Chinese Contracts Management) in Malaysia. The role oversees contract drafting, review, and negotiations for regional projects including joint ventures and acquisitions, while guiding governance, compliance and risk management.

The incumbent will manage both domestic and cross-border litigation, liaise with clients and suppliers, and report to the Board on regulatory developments affecting maritime and
