We are looking for a talented Regional HSE Manager (m/w/d) Central and Northen Europe to join our Health & Safety team in Germany.
This role requires on-site presence, based on a 40-hour work week.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Drive the execution of the Europe HSE strategy across Central and Northern Europe, ensuring consistent and effective implementation at site and project level.
Set clear direction by identifying key risks, prioritizing actions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards across multiple countries.
Partner closely with operational and project teams to implement HSE programs, monitor performance, and continuously improve safety outcomes.
Foster a strong HSE culture by influencing stakeholders and embedding health, safety, and environmental considerations into everyday decision-making.
