The Regional HR Manager for the rapidly growing Mobile Storage Region is responsible for the execution of a regional HR plan to drive operational excellence, employee satisfaction, profitability achievement and business growth, and advancing the Region and Company’s key HR and people initiatives. Reporting to Human Resource Director with a dotted line to the Specialty Region Vice President, the Regional HRM provides expertise and solutions in the areas of employee relations, recruiting and staffing, training, employment practice, labor relations, performance management and compensation, employee satisfaction, and legal compliance.
