Regional HR Lead — SEA Strategy & People Ops

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Regional HR Director to advise the CEO and senior leadership on people matters across Southeast Asia. You will shape regional HR strategy, oversee payroll governance, compliance, and HRIS governance, and drive workforce planning and organisational design.

The role requires 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-country leadership in SEA or Taiwan, and strong knowledge of employment law. Hybrid work in Singapore with regional travel.
