• Define and implement the regional people strategy in alignment with global HR priorities
• Partner with regional leaders and employees across APAC to support business goals
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
• Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance
