Regional HR Generalist

Our client is a well-established multinational organisation with a strong footprint across Asia and globally recognised operations within the manufacturing sector.

• Handle the entire employee lifecycle for a few Asia countries
• Partner with business leaders to support HR initiatives and workforce planning
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities for both blue and white collared positions
• Handle hands-on payroll checking and administration, working with HR team and vendors
• Support employee engagement programmes and organisational change initiatives
• Manage performance review cycles, compensation benchmarking, and HR processes
• Coordinate learning and development programmes across the region
