Regional Health Insurance Product & Underwriting Leader

GIG Gulf seeks a senior Health Insurance Product Lead to drive SME and Retail Health portfolios across UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar. You will shape strategy, lifecycle management and new initiatives to strengthen market presence while coordinating with regional teams to deliver competitive products.

You will lead a team of Underwriters and Product Managers, work with Pricing, Actuarial and Operations to optimize profitability, and ensure regulatory compliance.
