Regional Head of Customer Success & Revenue Growth

Jobtailor in KL is seeking a senior leader to head regional Customer Success and Account Management. You will drive client engagement across a multi-product portfolio, build high-performing teams, and act as the escalation point for strategic client issues.

You will partner with Sales to enhance revenue retention and expansions, while promoting data-driven engagement and adoption of CX tech within the region.
