Responsibilities
- Track region daily Sales/Risk Asset/other operation system data, ensuring accuracy and timing to support business decisions and operations.
- Monitor overall business performance, analyze risk assets, and follow up action and progress weekly for all business units in the region.
- Coordinate with HQ for key projects management to business units.
- Maintain and track daily system data, send relevant data reports to region management team.
- Monitor performance indicators in operation with BU in areas of AR, inventory, expense and other risky exposures, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
- Follow up BU performance on timing and accuracy of finance relative reports.
- Manage and follow up key projects kicked off by HQ/Regional for improvement purposes, ensuring continued development of those projects.
