Regional Finance Controller (CPA) - Mandaluyong

Schedule: 6 AM - 3 PM, Tuesdays - Saturdays

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Regional Controller to head our Accounting and Administrative teams in the Philippines. This role will support the preparation of financial statements and related reporting in compliance with both U.S. GAAP and local Philippine standards, under the supervision of our U.S.-based Corporate Controller.

Managerial Responsibilities:

§ Lead and mentor the accounting team responsible for financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

§ Oversee recruitment, hiring, and retention of accounting staff, including performance management and formal annual reviews

§ Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding and ongoing development programs for the team

§ Promote process improvements and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency
