About the role:

As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing a property portfolio which encompasses both operational and investment property, within a defined geographical region or portfolio. In this challenging but rewarding role you will be integral to the success of our Property Management strategy and our brand, with the aim of protecting and enhancing trading profitability, minimising ownership and occupational liability and maximising revenue and capital value from the property portfolio. · Provide a first-class service in managing the Society’s property portfolio within a defined geographical area / portfolio to agreed targets / KPIs and service levels. · To manage the property ‘life- cycle’ with key areas including; proactive estate management, surrenders, management of external consultants, dealing with property management queries, debt management, dilapidations, service charge, rates, reinstatement valuations and insurance. · Develop stron...
