Regional Enterprise Service Delivery Lead

Lenovo is seeking a dedicated individual for end-to-end service delivery for enterprise customers in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be responsible for driving proactive account management, managing escalations, and ensuring service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in service delivery or account management, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven mindset. Multi-lingual capabilities including English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are advantageous.
