Regional Engineering Manager

Job Description
Job Summary: This position usually has responsibility for more than one facility or for a campus and manages the related engineering staff. May manage and supervise other skilled trades as well. Adheres to the policies and procedures set forth in the building Manual. Has overall responsibility for ensuring the day-to-day operational efficiency and maintenance of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety systems, water treatment, pumps, etc.) for all facilities. Leads and manages resources in support of facility infrastructure in a safe, functional, and efficient manner in conjunction with standards and procedures set forth by our client and its respective clients.

Please note that this position is full time exempt (salaried), and they support field Engineering/FM teams that are on call/available 24/7. Therefore this candidate must understand the full expectations and the level of commitment and responsibility required for this role.<...
