Job Overview
As Director of E-commerce, your core mission is to drive online revenue growth by building and optimizing a high‑performing digital ecosystem. You are accountable for achieving the annual online revenue targets for your region and hotel portfolio.
Location & Reporting
Based in Dubai, UAE. Report to the Vice President, E‑Commerce & Loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the B2C and B2B distribution strategy for Sofitel Sofitel Legend MGallery and Emblems in IMEAT (42 hotels, 11,000 rooms).
- Build commercial action plans and develop business opportunities.
- Audit, follow, and report on the deployment and performance of the distribution strategy.
- Act as the local relay of the central team and work closely with local operational teams to help them achieve their budgets.
- Support & train La Maison s hotels located in IMEAT in their online distribution.
