Regional Director, Disability Services & Strategy

ConneXu is seeking a Regional Manager for the Bay of Plenty to lead services through a dynamic environment, prioritize outcomes for disabled people and whānau, and shape regional strategy as part of the senior leadership team.

You will build strong relationships, manage and develop staff, and ensure a safety-first, values-driven culture across services while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Travel between regions is anticipated.
