Regional Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber,hands-on Regional Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth. You will be responsible for creating brand awareness and generating high-quality leads for our 15 Singapore branches while spearheading our entry into the Regional Market.

This is an individual contributor role requiring deep technical know-how. You must be capable of executing entire campaigns independently—from web development and SEO to filming TikTok content and managing complex ad spends.

• Design, execute, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (SEM) and Meta Ads (FB/IG) .
• Monitor and lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) while maintaining high lead quality for student enrollment.
• Manage regional ad budgets, including the setup of Vietnam-specific platforms like Zalo Ads .
