Regional Demand Planner - Consumer Business Group (Xico)

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world. As a Demand Planner you will play a key role in leading the Sales operation planning – Demand Review pillar to create an unbiased demand plan with the highest possible accuracy in the Consumer Business Group division. The role is based in México and supports Mexico and South America.

• Generate an unbiased demand plan and align it with the sales business plan (Operating Plan).
• Maintain data integrity in the demand planning systems SAP and local systems.
• Address actions to close gaps between the demand plan and the sales plan.
• Support Business Group and LSS initiatives through data analytics and continuous process improvement.
• Align the business portfolio strategy with the demand plan through the Portfolio Review process (new products, end‑of‑life, and phase‑in/phase‑out).
