As our Regional Customer Data Steward EMEA, you will be the go-to expert for customer master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the NPE division.
Own and monitor customer master data quality for the assigned region for the NPE divisionEnforce GEA Group and divisional customer data standards, policies, and governance rulesExecute and steer deduplication, merging, obsoletion, and cleansing activitiesSupport and coach local customer data stewards and build a regional steward communityAct as escalation point for complex customer master data cases (e.g. duplicates, unclear account hierarchies)Support SAP S/4HANA (MDG‑C) and CRM operations and ensure compliance with customer data workflowsSupport Transform360 data readiness, including data quality monitoring and validation
