Regional Controller Middle East excluding Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Subregional Controller to oversee the finance operations for Marsh and Guy Carpenter businesses in the Middle East region excluding Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for:

• Serving as the designated finance officer for regulated businesses in the region
• Presenting financial updates and insights to the local boards of directors
• Managing a team of 48 finance professionals and collaborating with the shared service center in Mumbai
• Ensuring compliance with all local tax regulatory and audit requirements
• Partnering closely with the business leaders to provide strategic financial inputs
• Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
