My client is a Mid-Atlantic regional CIVIL Engineering firm. They are actively seeking a Construction Inspection Director to head up a Regional team. NY and NJ DOT experience to the front of the line!
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Design to construction phase transition coordination with design team including constructability reviews during design phase and assumption of project responsibility from preconstruction conference through project close-out.Responsible for project construction phase planning, staff assignments, coordination with other departments and offices to balance dynamic construction scheduling needs (resource planning) and hiring.Continued quality control of all payment certifications.
