Regional Chief Communications Officer, SEA & ANZ

Sephora SEAO is seeking a Head of Corporate Communications to lead the regional corporate communication function across SEA & ANZ. You will drive the regional strategy with leadership teams, Global comms, and General Managers to align business direction and culture during a transformation.

You will oversee strategic narrative, multi-platform ecosystems, employee engagement, CSR leadership, crisis and reputation management, and monitoring with KPI-driven reporting to regional leadership.
