What you do
- Responsible for Channel Risk Management
- Participate and assist in channel product development projects across the markets OCBC operates in
- Assist in the planning, preparation and continuous refinement of the regional channel product roadmap across time horizons (short, mid and long terms)
- Responsible for servicing customer escalations relating to channels defects and process issues
- Responsible for collating data and producing business insights on channel penetration, utilisation, onboarding, customer / employee productivity and the volume / revenue of supported businesses including cash and trade
