Regional Butchery Manager

Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Store Manager within the Butchery Retail | FMCG Industries 3 to 5 years' experience in a multi-site management Grade 12 Strong knowledge of Butchery Operations and Stock Control Strong understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety Regulations Proven ability to achieve Sales and Profitability Targets Experience in Procurement and Supplier Management Strong knowledge of Inventory, Shrinkage and Waste Control Valid Driver's License and own Transport required Contactable references and payslips required Salary Structure: Basic Salary based on experience (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
