Regional Business Manager CBD

• $120 k + super+ generous discounts, clothing & car allowance, bonus
• 6 flagship stores based in CBD Tuesday to Saturday
• Must have multi site experience, apparel preferred, fast pace, hands on role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Financial Profitability & Performance
* Responsible for the achievement of budgets and targets for all store/concession sites ensuring team members are aware of financial budgets and KPIs.
* Support the Statement Manager to develop and implement state level strategy to drive overall state performance..
* Lead and motivate managers/teams to drive sales for all stores within the region and provide training and coaching!
* Ensure all retail/concession sites are compliant with the company financial directives and policies.
* Accountable for all KPIs including sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), customer acquisition, named sales, unit per transaction (UPT), wages, stock ...
