Randstad has recently partnered with a global leader from the UK in providing digital radio systems. They are currently expanding their sales team in Malaysia and are looking to hire a Regional Business Development Manager to cover the South East Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new markets, verticals, and opportunities in new countries.
• Manage regional partners and existing accounts within the Southeast Asia critical communications industry.
• Nurture long‑term relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and account growth.
• Create comprehensive account plans that map key players, assess expansion possibilities, and align with the organisation's business priorities.
