We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer team. This role will be based in Singapore office . This is a 18-month (Fixed-term employment) and its hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this role, you will act as the regional subject‑matter business partner for program and product initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring consistent delivery across all Asia markets. Own regional analysis, stakeholder alignment, UAT coordination, and post‑implementation validation to drive business outcomes. We will count on you to:
