Vacancy Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the BaaS platform across regional markets, monitoring project timelines, coordinating sprint activities, and facilitating technical go-live checklists with MGIB’s strategy, obtaining Board/ExCo endorsement, and translating strategy into actionable KPIs and delivery plans.
- Serve as the technical liaison between BaaS business partners and technology teams, leading weekly sync-up meetings, documenting technical specifications, and clarifying partner requirements.
- Align platform delivery with internal departments by organising cross-functional sign-off sessions and ensuring documentation meets internal standards.
- Prepare regional teams to operate and maintain the platform post-delivery by developing user manuals, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
