Regional Automation Deployment Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of automated warehouse systems (ASRS, robotics, WMS integration)
• Manage end-to-end project implementation including design, vendor coordination, and commissioning
• Collaborate with overseas engineering teams (including China-based suppliers) for system customization
• Oversee system integration across WMS, WCS and SCADA platforms
• Optimize warehouse operations through automation and process improvement
• Support regional expansion projects in Southeast Asia

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse automation / intralogistics / robotics
• Hands‑on experience with ASRS systems, shuttle systems, or similar automation solutions
• Experience managing cross‑border technical projects
• Familiar with WMS / WCS / SCADA systems integration
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery capability
