Regional AI & CX Trainer - LATAM (Bilingual)

Sovos is seeking a Regional Support Trainer for LATAM to lead in-region AI and product enablement programs, delivering hands-on training for support agents across LATAM in English and Spanish. The role covers onboarding, localization, and ongoing coaching to ensure readiness for product launches.

You will run live sessions, coach on AI tools, and collaborate with regional leadership to drive adoption and knowledge accuracy across multiple time zones.
