Regional AgTech Support Specialist - South America

Halter is building a regional support presence in South America and seeks a Customer Support Specialist to assist producers in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. You will own the customer journey from first contact to resolution, guiding ranchers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class support.

In this role you’ll use data to drive improvements, maintain metrics, and gain hands-on exposure to Halter’s impact on livestock livelihoods.
